this illustration was listed on ebay in december 2009. the seller had this to say about the item:
"this is the original pen and ink art splash page which i believe was specifically drawn by steve
ditko for tom fagan. this is an extraordinary piece of published art on 10 inch by 8 inch board
(standard size for ditko's mr. a work) with no paste overs, cut outs, and no major reworking."
